"Visited 12th Jan and saw a really nice doctor but I think she is not permanently at the practise. Was given some medication but unfortunately it did not elevate symptoms. The problem being an ongoing medical issue which warranted a repeat visit a month later I was given a prescription for something I later discovered was tablets you can buy over the counter from the pharmacy, didn't ask if I had already tried them I had and they didn't work, what is the point I would have told him if I had known, took time of work for no reason, total waste of time. Next time I can ask to see an 'ENT specialist', there's always a next time with some GPs! Clearly I was not taken seriously, I do not need Sturgeron!

Forget the parking as well, the private firm they use pretty appalling to contact, they take a picture of your car and as a new patient didn't realise as I was in a hurry, then they write to you. All you have is a PO box having moved letter went to old address and had to be redirected, I give up. Wait a month to appeal online from ParkingEye,"

Dr Ko Ko Laing qualified in 1989, his previous surgery in Victory Road merged with the Portsdown Group in April 2010. He is a highly experienced GP, is based in Kingston Crescent Surgery he has a number of special interest which includes medicine, rheumatology and joint injections. He is a keen tennis player and also enjoys travel.

Dr Kipgen qualified from Barts and the London Medical School in 2006 (MBBS). He completed his GP training in Dorset in 2015 (MRCGP). He has a broad range of experience gained from hospital posts earlier in his career; these include paediatrics, sexual health, orthopaedics and emergency medicine. In his spare time he enjoys hill-walking and is a keen amateur chef. He also enjoys playing and watching sport especially rugby and football.

He joined Portsdown Group Practice in 2015 and maintains his special interest in ENT and is responsible for the Portsdown Travel Clinic. He is married to Alison and has three children who keep them both very busy. He likes nothing better than to relax in the garden and is frequently seen with either a chainsaw or an axe, what could go wrong!?

Dr Catherine Tuson

Dr Cat Tuson graduated from Warwick University in 2007 and joined the Practice in 2013 having completed her GP training in the North East of England. She has a special interest in orthopaedics and joint injections and also in women’s health.
