"This week at 8am I visited Monksfield surgery to find the desk deserted. While waiting the doctor appeared at the desk and I asked him if I could ask him a quick question, to which he replied no and walked away.
I had recently under gone surgery and was suffering with a severe chest infection for which I had visited Abbey House surgery earlier on Monday. I could hardly speak and simply wanted guidance with regard to a prescription.
I was disgusted at this lack of compassion and regard for me as a patient at the practice and this was my doctor who seems to spend all of his time on 4 minute telephone calls !!!"
