"Having had a previous bad experience at this surgery, I was nervous to visit again. However on my most recent visit I was extremely impressed with my service. I was seen quickly by the doctor who was welcoming, kind and interested in how I actually was! She quickly advised me on the way to manage the issue I had, with an emphasis on self care. She made me feel supported in my health and choices, and asked that I visit her in a few weeks to review the changes she had made.
With such pressure on the NHS, and GP surgeries, it is refreshing to see that there are still excellent, supportive and caring GPs, such as this, who are making a difference to patients like me, despite the negativity within the media!"
