"The Doctors at the surgery in my experience are all excellent, very caring and professional.
On the other hand the receptionists over the years have been very rude and have developed a bad reputation in the local area ,however they have recently employed a few excellent receptionists mainly a gentleman who is efficient,well mannered and compassionate and admittedly there has been a big improvement..Also the electronic check in is a good move as to avoid confrontation with a certain member of staff mainly one particular lady who has a bad attitude ,making rude and sarcastic comments on numerous occasions resulting me to leave the surgery in embarrassment and without my self and my children seeing a doctor and have heard a few storyâs from family and friends regarding her manner.We now often use a private local peadiation and the online app service doctors care anywhere and currently looking for a new surgery due to this particular receptionist .
Itâs a great shame for wonderful doctors at the surgery whom-are let down by a few members of their team who are the face of the surgery. Management need to invest in training their receptionist in manners and compassion and use the gentleman as an example ."
