"I have been registered at this practice for nearly a year and have hardly had to contact them. Although when I have the level of service has been amazing, admin/reception staff always helpful and friendly.
I use the online system to order prescription and again I have never had an issue always issued in amazing time.
I have recently Contacted the surgery and had a telephone consultation with a doctor as with 3 children appointments are not the easiest task and she was fantastic, I have never felt rushed and she always books me a follow up to call to see how I am doing.
When I visited the doctor I was amazed at her level of care, I was in there for over my time, yet I never felt like she was rushing me and really she really listened to me.
I am sorry I was one of the people that made the Gp late but one day that could be you that needs the extra time.
Drâs do not get the praise they deserve.
