"The service and care of the Doctors here cannot be faulted. I have been with this surgery for many years and never had an issue with a Dr.
The admin staff however, I can only describe as rude and unhelpful. Having waited on the phone after 48 attempts to get through I was shouted at and treated with an absolutely appauling attitude because they were busy.
In no way was I rude or argumentative, I was merely asking what the best solution was for me, when I was talked over and shouted at.
This isn't the first time I have had this problem, nor the first time I have struggled to get an appointment.
While I appreciate the difficulties faced by the NHS currently. When I have a bad day in work I don't take it out on my colleagues or customers. And certainly not on people who may not be feeling at thier best to begin with."
