Average review score of 4.3 from 9 customer reviews

"After putting up with Albion Street service for far too long, after moving house my partner and I are finally leaving. It truly is a smear on the NHS that a surgery like this one continues to operate unchecked. It starts with the receptionists who literally ooze indifference towards patients. They are routinely condescending and seem completely unwilling to help until pushed. The GPs are little better. Responses range from sarcastic to downright offensive. Some favourites: "Err - it's called a Period", "Well, some people just get ill" and the most shocking, when a doctor actually recoiled to the other side of the room so as not to catch my fever. Absolutely baffling. The final straw was this week when a doctor said to my partner "Well without specialist tests there's no way of knowing what it is - but I can list off some things it might be" before launching into random illnesses with no basis of proof before telling her to come back in a week if the symptoms persist. She's now distraught and I'm furious. Worst surgery in Brighton."
