"Doctors are pleasant and professional but making an appointment is difficult and reception staff are rude and inconsiderate in the extreme. We have had two examples recently of their determination to be obstructive and unhelpful, the last being yesterday when my young daughter was bursting for the toilet but they (plural) refused to let her in to use it, preferring to see her wet herself in the street.
I simply refuse to deal with people who are supposed to work with the public but consistently show such a shameful lack of humanity and public spiritedness. We, the patients, are clearly an unwelcome nuisance to them. As a result, we are now moving to another surgery at the earliest possible opportunity."
