"I registered with Amherst surgery in 2010, and was always treated with kindness and respect. Later I was supported by Doctors, and staff, when I cared for terminally ill client's, who happened to be patients at Amherst surgery. At no time was I made to feel that I was a nuisance, when I needed advice, or a visit from the Medical staff. I was under the impression that all the surgeries were of this high standard, but was rudely awakened by the fact that that's a fantasy. One and a half years later I have not seen the level of care, and service , that can be found at Amherst Surgery. From the time one walks into the reception, to the point were you leave, you know you are in a place where you feel safe and cared for. Keep up the good work, everyone at Amherst, I hold your name high everywhere I go. Thank you for taking such good care of myself and my clients.xxx"
