"I am Ancoras pacient for more than 5 years now and since I've registered the awaiting time is absolutely shocking! Attending to an appointment IN TIME and have to wait for at least 45-50 minutes to be seen ( by a doctor or a nurse) is BAD! I do understand that sometimes the appointment takes longer with kids or elderly persons but even the receptionist is mad with you if ask why they running late. When you are finally in the doctors cabinet you realise that they are in a hurry asking question after question and your appointment took 5 to 10 min. I would never recommend Ancora to anyone. Time to change GP, thank you."

Dr Ko Ko Laing qualified in 1989, his previous surgery in Victory Road merged with the Portsdown Group in April 2010. He is a highly experienced GP, is based in Kingston Crescent Surgery he has a number of special interest which includes medicine, rheumatology and joint injections. He is a keen tennis player and also enjoys travel.

Dr Kipgen qualified from Barts and the London Medical School in 2006 (MBBS). He completed his GP training in Dorset in 2015 (MRCGP). He has a broad range of experience gained from hospital posts earlier in his career; these include paediatrics, sexual health, orthopaedics and emergency medicine. In his spare time he enjoys hill-walking and is a keen amateur chef. He also enjoys playing and watching sport especially rugby and football.

He joined Portsdown Group Practice in 2015 and maintains his special interest in ENT and is responsible for the Portsdown Travel Clinic. He is married to Alison and has three children who keep them both very busy. He likes nothing better than to relax in the garden and is frequently seen with either a chainsaw or an axe, what could go wrong!?

Dr Cat Tuson graduated from Warwick University in 2007 and joined the Practice in 2013 having completed her GP training in the North East of England. She has a special interest in orthopaedics and joint injections and also in women’s health.
