"Today I again rang for an appointment after trying on-line for the same and being told there was a 22 day wait. I was asked if the appointment was urgent, I do have to say I have NO idea that is why I wanted to see a doctor !
Please see review dated 5 July 2018 when practise manager states there should be an improvement in waiting times as two new doctors had been recruited and two others had returned from maternity leave. I fully understand the doctors are busy, but I think waits of over 3 weeks for a routine appointment is a little silly. How do I work out when a routine matter becomes urgent."
