"Results. Went for a CT scan was told by hospital to ring my GP for a face to face consulation.the receptionists ot phone answerer leaves a lot to be desired.
They received the results next day from hospital and have sat on them for a week . I only found this out thru.contacting Broadgreen.
When i took them to task was told i wasnt involved,im not a doctor .haveput them in front of the doctor thats all we can do?
Those who fail always try and justify themselves.
I feel this could be a life threatening CT. And she flicked me off like a fly on her sleeve.
Very poor interpersonal skills dealing with patients.?"
