"I am new to the area and looked carefully into the different options for a doctor, always a tough decision when you are leaving a surgery you trust and have been with for many years. I had a couple of appointments within the Moorfield group and finally went to see a lovely lady doctor at Aylestone. I found it easy to locate and park, I was dealt with at reception politely and efficiently and was seen quickly. I was also given plenty of time and a variety of options for booking again after my appointment, by the receptionist.
The doctor was excellent, very caring, considerate, listened carefully and gave me full and detailed information and choices.
I hope to be coming back again and would prefer to be able to return to this surgery and when possible this particular doctor."
