"I have been with Bartlemas Surgery since I was born. However the reception staff never answer the phone calls. I think the manager needs to be aware of this and train the staff to become loyal to their job.
With this GP I have had an issue but it had took me the third attempt for them to find out something was wrong the whole time. If I had not gone back again it would have got worse.
I do want to change my GP surgery as the service is disappointing.
One time as I was about to enter the room the Doctor said 'what can I help with' even before I sat down as I was walking in. I felt a sense of rush."
