The Sergey only takes on the day appointment's. You can't make an appointment for weeks to come.
You have to que up outside for almost an hour to get an appointment. By the time the doors open there is usually about 20 odd people in the que which is why you can't get an appointment by phone.
Even when I was on chemotherapy I had to stand outside for an hour to get an appointment and I sill have to do that now.
Beacon need to change their appointment methods because it's shockingly awful.
It may even make the papers if they don't."
