"I have been trying to get an appointment now for the best part of 3 months, and have only just managed to secure one for late July which is a month from now.
I used to find it very easy to secure appointments, however I'm finding the unhelpful reception staff becoming more and more pushy toward "call at 8am to secure an appointment same day". Not good enough! I start work at 8am, Monday - Friday, I am neither a yummy mummy nor a pensioner, so am therefore in need of these prebooked appointments so I can arrange it around work.
It's such a shame, because the doctors there are amazing, yet are let down by the unhelpful reception staff and this awful new "book on the same day" system."
