"I come to this surgery as I have no choice due to catchment areas. On a recent morning visit (around 4 months since I was last in) I was amazed to find out how the standards of patient care have fallen so far, so quickly. A few of the team seem to be unsure of themselves and it is apparent that those that are meant to be 'leading' are not setting the example you would expect and don't seem to be able to answer my queries properly.
I do know one patient who has been given the wrong advice, by the same person in a senior position, 4 times in the past 5 months.
On the plus side, some of the team are very friendly and helpful but it really seems a lottery depending on who you speak to. The doctors and other professionals are very good.
Please get back to where you were 6 months ago."
