"Nightmare trying to get through to see a G.P. holding on line in a queue sometimes for over half an hour, and then being automatically cut off. And going back to back of queue again when re dialling. No answer phone or text service to cancel an appointment. Not getting an appointment when calling into surgery, always being told to ring in on the morning to make phone appointments only. Not acceptable after standing in line waiting to speak to receptionist. Especially when feeling unwell or joint pain problems."
