"I have a condition that requires that I take regular tablets, when I filled out a repeat prescription I was told it would take two days and could pick up from the chemist, two days later at chemist I'm told no prescription has been sent, I phoned up the doctors to be told that the doctor had filled out a paper and not a electronic prescription and that I could either came and pick it up or they could fax it if it was urgent or there was a pick up later, I asked them to fax it as I was at the chemist the fax for whatever reason never arrived. Next day at the chemist expecting to pick up the tablets I found they still won't there and no fax had been received, I went to the surgery to get my prescription my wife thought it best to go in, she was told it was my fault as when I picked up my sick note I should have asked for the prescription at the same time even thou I was told they would be at the chemist also that they had conformation the fax was sent but had shredded it, and when I phoned I had said not to worry as the chemist was short staffed (how would I know), At the end of the day and after a lot of running around I got my tables no thanks to the surgery reception staff at the time who talked down to my wife and made her feel small and lied about what was said and refused to except that they may got it wrong,
My wife wouldn't let me go to the surgery (possible just as well) and I wish to apologies to her for what they did to her as they wont"
