"I came in today to ask for my medical history, the doctors notes, on my back as it has become more of an issue and is stopping me from working or doing things with my life I.e attending university. As soon as I said that I had come in for this reason anything I said after was immediately dismissed.
According to the doctor none of my records referring to my scoliosis could be found, and any time I mentioned that yes it was an ongoing issue and yes I was in pain, was dismissed, as I do not go to the doctors everytime because a GP cannot help me and I need a specialist.
He then said he could refer me to a back assessment in Peterborough but I would most likely be rejected because of this.
No one deserves to go in and speak to a Doctor they are supposed to trust and immediately be dismissed. He neither took the time to clarify what I meant or actually look at me, seeming to try to get me out of the office as fast as possible.
I have already sent a personal complaint about this, over a month ago, and have not had any response."
