"I have been with this practice for fifty years but no more. The debacle with the flu jab this year where hundreds of people stood in line for ages in the cold and rain was a nightmare. The old system for the jab worked well but the last two years has been an awful experience.
The final straw was today when after waiting for half an hour to get through to make an appointment I was told that the first available one was in a month's time.
They recently merged two Doctors practices and we were told that this would be better for the patients but it has made things worse.
