"Found it surprising to read so many negative comments as my family have always received outstanding service from the surgery.
Have been at this a Practice for over 30 years and inevitably as we get older we unfortunately need their services a little more regularly.
The two doctors who treat my wife and myself have always treated us with respect and dignity and we are very grateful for the advice and subsequent treatment we have received.
As members of the Benenden Hospital Scheme we have needed referrals occasionally and these have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The senior receptionist and her team have been amazingly supportive especially so this year as we have dealt with the deaths of both mothers which was quite traumatic. They have always been polite and professional in their dealings with me and taken the time and trouble to always help when we have needed it.
I think itâs fair to say that if patients approach the reception staff with respect and politeness they are likely to receive the same sort of courteous response !
Like all practices in the area, staff are struggling to cope with the sheer number of patients they are obliged to accept and they can only do so much with the resources they have."
