"I have been with the practice for 17 years and in all that time I have never had any problems with the wonderful doctor, and with any of the staff. They are thorough, precise, courteous, and very very knowledgeable. They will go that extra mile, I have read and heard of some problems the other patients have experienced with the practice, but what everybody must realise in this growing population, that we are in, and around our surrounding area of Binfield, is that, they too are very under pressure, to provide for us, so perhaps if more people would be a little understanding, the doctors will always and the staff be able to service the patients to the best they can. They are also human. We are very lucky to have a practice in our village, some don't have one and have to travel miles."
