"I would like to share our experience of being a patient at Bingley Medical Practice. My husband and I have been with the practice since we moved to Gilstead in 2006 before the new build at Canalside. We have had excellent care from the doctors and all of the team from day one. There have been some difficult times in our lives and we have always be able to depend upon the services given by this forward thinking practice. I am astounded to hear some of the comments patients leave as a review, these would be better given to the Practice Manager who will deal with the situaion instead of reporting this onto a review site. It is good to hear things that have not gone quite right or areas for improvement and if given in the right context would be a good learning tool.
Bingley is so lucky to have such a practice who are prepared to constantly improve their services for the good of their patients. I feel I am in a position to confirm this having worked in the NHS hospital BRI and managed a Medical Practice for 20 years. My husband and I have nothing but admiration for the practice and the whole team and the great work they do.
I am sure the negative comets are but a few but wake up you could not have better heath care anywhere! Thanks to all of the dedicated team x"
