"So tired of the problems. Lost prescription request, lost urine sample ( 'we know we had it but don't know what we've done with it'), some rude staff, prescription requests refused but no communication as to why (visiting the pharmacist every day wondering where it is avoidable with communication). I handed a hospital prescription in once and waited and waited. Eventually got through on phone to check whereabouts - 'oh you wanted that did you? We'll you didn't say'. Frustrations at poor admin practice are met with vague responses in my experience. An 'I'm sorry, we've messed up, let me look at how we deal with this' would be refreshing."
