"My own GP referred me to the clinic . I was impressed that I got seen within 2 weeks. However on the day of my appt there was a misunderstanding over the booking , luckily I was still able to be seen , but during my 30 min wait the phone in reception was ringing non stop , There were 9 people waiting to book in . It was a very unpleasant experience to have to listen to the phone and so many people huffing and getting agitated about the wait.. The reception area are very understaffed . .I have no complaints about the procedure , albeit not very friendly and certainly didn't put me at ease it was carried out professionally.
Luckily this was a one off appt and I can now go back to my usual GP.
The parking in the area is impossible , Its bad enough been unwell but then having to drive round all the streets just add extra stress ."
