"I called this surgery to register as a new patient. The receptionist told me that theyâre changing their new patient forms so I would have to wait until the end of next week and then try again. Now Iâm sitting in A&E and no idea where to go for any after care. The fact the surgery is changing their forms following a meeting they had is not really my fault. Working for the nhs myself, if someone asked for help I would not tell them to come back next week to a vital service. I had already done a pre registration form and the receptionist was very unhelpful and denied me a GP service due to some extra admin work."
