"When i first started using this surgery 10 years ago the service was great, but, unfortunately its rapidly going down hill.
You can no longer get in with your regular doctor, unless youre prepared to wait a few weeks for an appointment and receptionists sometimes take 5-10 minutes to answer the phone.
Ive witnesssed two reception staff talking about patients once they have walked away from the desk, which is very unprofessional.
I have seen a certain doctor there who seems very indifferent and not really that interested in my medical problems and when i question this im told " you can always talk to the practise manager" what is it with now having a practise manager? Doctors surgeries never used to have them. I wonder if the queen would get the same treatment that i feel i have had in the past, if she strolled in the door tomorrow? No i think not. Maybe the practise manager can asnwer that."
