It was a very hot day and the clinic wa extremely busy.
However, the doctor gave a smiling greeting, was interested to know the events leading up to my visit and listened thoroughly to my account.
Together, we dealt with each point raised, came to a decision on the best way forward with each, she also alayed some of my concerns, and I left feeling happy with the outcome.
At a time when GP's are under extreme pressure from many sides, I feel fortunate that this doctor is on the Pool Health Centre team."
