"I suffer with a bit of Anxiety and I had a phone call back from one of the GP'so. Basically telling me that I have appt after appt witch is extremely incorrect. Due to this I now feel that I shouldn't make an appt if I'm unwell.
Secondly yesterday I saw an extremely rude doctor, was told to hurry up and do a urine sample due to there only been so much time for the appt, then once returning to the room i need an exam so as I was starting to take my shoes of she once again told me to hurry up. Now I understand people are stretched at the moment with the NHS and appointment times etc..but been told to hurry up just isn't acceptable. I'm not a child and I don't expect to be treated like one nor spoken down to by a doctor. I will be moving GPS surgery and so will the other three members of my family.
Receptionsist staffs are helpfull, depending on who you talk to.
All in all I've never been spoken to or treated this way from any other medical profession. I feel as though you are fobbed off half the time. Such a shame as the practice has gone extremely down hill in the last couple of years."
