From the Reception staff to the Pharmacy staff, to the GPs and the support staff I have received attentive, patient- focused care where I felt listened to. I was dealt with kindness understanding and courtesy at all times.
The telephone contact with a GP to triage the need for an app at the practice was understanding and effective in me receiving the correct care. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble.
