"Surgery and team absolutely fantastic could not get a better service from the nhs this day in age they take time and have taken me and my partner seriously in our health than our old surgery who we were with for over 20 years and for this we are grateful.
The only downfa?l is the dispensary. Frequently we telephone our repeat meds in and when we go to collect the order it is not there (being advised that they have not received it) or not ready despite sometimes allowing a week for it to be prepared. More than once we have been told to return the next day for missing items only to return the next day and the items are still not available, as we both work full time away from home we have to leave work early to collect medications so this can be annoying but a small blip in an otherwise excellent surgery.....thank you"
