"I always respected this practice and felt very fortunate with their ability to offer flexible appointments.
However during the last 6 months it has become increasingly difficult to book an appointment. As previous reviews have stated, you have to ring up at 8.00am and can be on hold for up to 20 minutes, whilst trying to get ready for work/school run etc. Once you speak to a Receptionist a triage nurse rings you back to confirm whether you are suitable for a same day appointment. I understand this process was changed with good intentions, however itâs inconvenient If you have travelled to work and are some distance from the practice.
The most disappointing change is they no longer offer appointments on line and thereâs a two week wait for appointments in advance.
That said the doctors are wonderful and I hope that this appointment service improves once the new Health Centre is built."
