"I went to the practice to make an appointment. I wanted to see the practice nurse about my lung condition. Completely rarely I missed an appointment with her. I went in person to apologise and book another appointment, I was told "THERE ARE NO APPOINTMENTS" !
I said I had written a letter to the Dr and as I was there I said I didn't mind waiting a couple of weeks, the reply was "THERE ARE NO APPOINTMENTS"
As a patient perhaps someone might tell me how to respond to "THERE ARE NO APPOINTMENTS". ?
As a patient with multiple health conditions I thought there was a policy where an individual like myself would be allocated a designated Dr, It appears this is no longer the case.
