"I have been with this practice for 27 years and have finally had enough of the declining service .If you get to see a doctor they are usually very helpful but for the last few years there have been no regular doctors and reception staff rule the roost .Fourteen months ago I was given incorrect test results by a receptionist over the phone and told I did not need to see a doctor although as I explained I was very ill .Did get to see a doctor who confirmed I was ill and needed medication .No apology was forthcoming despite this being brought to the attention of the practice .Last month test results received by practice on a Monday but no doctors available to read them .Finally after phoning everyday and calling into reception a doctor discussed results with me on phone on Friday morning( fortunately not serious this time) .Personally I find this a totally unacceptable service which also includes a receptionist putting the phone down on me mid conversation .Sadly to say I am now leaving the practice which is something I never expected to do. I would not recommend this practice to anyone ."
