"Due to my past experiences with a particular doctor I would not have recommended this surgery to anyone. I went to see a gp when I was not feeling well mentally, the first appointment I made I had to wait more than an hour therefore I had to leave & booked an appointment for the following week. When I finally got to see the gp after less than 5 minutes into the appointment the gp went & stood at the door to get me to leave. I was really not feeling well mentally & was in tears at the time. I was shocked at the way this gp acted, a gp who treats patients this way should not be in this profession.
Recently I have seen other professionals at the surgery & had much better experiences. The advance nurse practitioner was as good as the gp & able to prescribe & refer on.
The appointment had to be booked over a week in advance."
