"I have been with this surgery since I was born, it use to be great and I always told people how good the surgery was, you saw a doctor when needed etc... (I very rarely visit unless necessary, I try to use pharmacy ext before having to use a drs time) recently the gp surgery has been taken over and changed with no notification.
Since changing names etc the surgery has gone right down hill, never any doctors when they is itâs usually locums, you can never get through the phones, you never hear or seen the Dr anymore so it seems he has left which I donât blame him the way this surgery has turned out, the dr you see sometimes and when you do thatâs the only good thing about the surgery.
Things need to change back, at the moment I have 1 word for this surgery and itâs USELESS"
