"I had an appointment today at Churchill Medical Centre Kingston branch. I booked this appointment two weeks ago just to make sure I will be seen today.
At my arrival today I tried to check in but was unable therefore I approached one of the receptionists. She told me that the doctor is running late and asked if I would prefer to reschedule my appointment . I asked how long will be the doctor late and she told me that about half an hour. I waited in the reception room for more than 75 min ( plus 10 extra) as I arrived earlier) and to top it of I have been handled by another doctor who took some of the appointments of the doctor who was running late.
I did not receive any apologies from any of the staff and the doctor that have seen me rushed things so bad that I completely forgot some of the concerns I wanted to discuss with her. Apart from that she was very rude as she didnât even replied to my good morning salutes like it was my fault she had to cover for her colegue. I booked a double appointment precisely because of the issues I wanted to discuss that needed time( mental health and cervical screening) .
I am very disappointed especially because not even one staff member apologies to me and because I wasted 2 hours of my time without having my concerns dealt with."
