The Patient Access website states you should call the surgery to make an appointment if there is not a suitable one showing.
The receptionist has advised me that they cannot make appointments on the telephone they can only be booked online.
It is absolutely disgraceful that after trying for nearly a week I am still unable to see a GP.
If considering this surgery as your GP practice I highly suggest you look elsewhere.
Having transferred from a surgery in Great Sutton I am bitterly disappointed."
