"I cannot thank this practice enough for the amazing care they gave to my Mum during the last few years when she came to live with us. Mum had numerous occasions when she needed an appointment and I always got one on the same day. This surgery picked up that Mum had a serious problem and made all the appointments for us to find out the full extent of her illness. Every Doctor Mum saw treated her with the greatest respect and made sure even during the most difficult times that she understood what was happening to her and how best to cope.
Sadly Mum passed away on 1st October due to her illness, but I will be forever grateful to this surgery and all of the staff for making sure that Mum was as comfortable as possible and that her choices for end of life care were upheld.
Knowing how caring this team are makes me really proud that they are my family doctors."
