"For a starters you can not get an appointment for weeks and weeks .. and thats if you can get through to them as they hardly answer. I understand they may be busy but its a joke!
I have had nothing but problems and worries and this is not something a doctors should do!
The doctors and nurses are really good i have to say! But whats the point having good doctors if you carnt get through and if you have rubbish rude receptionist!
One of the receptionist blamed me as I went to the Wickersley branch for an appointment which i always do as its down the road, I waited there for 1 hour noone came! The cleaner actually came and said noones here love sorry.. i was so mad! I am pregnant and this appointment was important.. I phoned up the next day and the receptionist said it was me! And i got the wrong branch! Baring in mind iv never been to Clifon in my life and she did not tell me to go there. This is only one of the issues iv had with poor communication from the receptionist.
Very rude that girl was! And il be moving doctors."
