"Turned up to my antenatal booking in appointment to be told I had been booked into the wrong clinic. When booking the appointment 5 weeks previously the receptionist insisted that they only ran these types of clinics on a Monday afternoon at their broomhill surgery this was not the case.
The midwife I saw at the broomhill clinic (only covering holidays for the usual midwife) could not have been more helpful in getting me an appointment at a clinic in ashington for next week as I would be too far gone for the next available appointment in amble. It is very frustrating when you have to take time off work to attend appointments.
Just wanted to share my feedback so this does not happen to any other expectant mother especially when it is your first child"
