"Having been with this practice for many years, I have seen a lot of changes with staffing.
There has been good improvements recently with the standard of service namely in regard to the doctors who actually LISTEN to you, give the correct treatment without fobbing you off, pre judging or rushing you out the door before you have even completed a sentence - thank you!,
Also massively improved are the reception staff.
I would especially like to mention an amazing receptionist - I don't usually do reviews but in this case I feel she deserves credit where it is due.
Firstly I am able to speak properly with her as there are no language barriers so nothing important gets lost in translation.
She is very polite & professional at all times even when she has to deal with extremely rude people, long queues & phones ringing.
Every time I need an appointment, results, prescriptions -anything, (which is usually daily?!) she will help and always with a smile on her face.
She is an asset to the practice.
