"I have been a patient at this doctors surgery for 40 years with an approximate 6 year gap when I moved away. I have seen changes over the past 10 years , not always to my liking but understand the political background to most changes -particularly since 2010 when Austerity was introduced. Which as we all know has decimated public services which has impacted negatively in our communities. My experience of Croft Hall surgery has been extremely positive.I have unfortunately,had lots of illness's over the years causing many visits and treatments. I have never experienced anything other than professional,friendly treatment from all staff . My doctor, before he retired, was an exemplary GP. Other doctors I have seen (in the main )have also been attentive, helpful and unpatronising. Likewise the admin staff and most nurses.
I have seen lately the rise in aggression from some patients and for the first time ever the toilets which were readily accessible have had to be locked -key available at the desk- which demonstrates the ignorance and lack of education some patients are displaying towards the staff. I would and have recommended this surgery to anyone."
