"I'm very happy with the care I receives each time I go to the Croft the receptionist and Nurses, Doctors are so kind and understanding and always do there very best for me .
Never been rude, quite the opposite and find it very hard to believe that other finds this.
I have long Covid and suffered quite a lot but the doctors have been outstanding from day one even before anyone new or understood what it was.
But never told me it was all in my head but the support me and got me into long covid clinic and I was the first in the country to go to long covid clinic who not been into hospital therefor the doctors and nurses and everyone who works at Croft should be very proud of this .
Because of this and the outstanding services and support it as not affected me mentally and I have stay strong.
I still having difficulties with a lot of things but still got the best care for Croft.
And not one have they not been helpful and kind and understanding.
And of course I'm very grateful because it could be a very different story ."
