"I have called for an appointment and sometimes it can take up to 6 attempts to get through to someone. And when I do get through the staff are so rude and do not want to help.
They will put you on a list saying that the rota is full and they will let you know when a slot is available, and then the next month you call and the rota is full again and no one followed up with you. I had this situation for 6 months where they kept saying each month I was top of the list but somehow kept being missed off the rota.
It is the worst doctors I have ever experienced.
I get if they are over subscribed but at least be polite about it, they are rude and say that they donât want to help."
