"Doctors at Deben Road Surgery persistently failed to comply with statutory obligations and, when confronted with their behaviour, set about upon a deceitful campaign of 'cover-up' supported by a surgery manager apparently incapable of following recognised procedures.
They remain unrepentant and apparently indifferent to the carnage wreaked upon their patient and wider family unit and the greater workload this may incur as a result of such a lack of professionalism.
Nothing can excuse this wholly inadequate behaviour and the subsequent devious actions taken by those involved to protect their own interests, to the detriment of patients under their care."
