Negatives: Recently had a blast from the past communication with 1 receptionist, several issues with information, paperwork and medication that were met with a defensive attitude, no excuses or apologies, even a comment of 'That's not my problem, there's nothing I can do about that'-possibly correct but abrasive and poorly handled in our opinion and definitely not the normal practise here, this followed on via telephone call from same receptionist who misunderstood our communication seeming to only hear herself and be 'right' despite our very difficult circumstances and ongoing issues that had been mixed up/lost/gone? We understand everyone has off days and we may have been the last straw for this individual however, it leaves a lasting impression when the professional front slips and takes time to rebuild the previous positive relationship."
