"My family and I have been part of this practice for over 14 years and I can honestly say we have always been dealt with professionally and yes, sometimes it can be frustrating making an appointment but we always get there with a little patience.
I visited the practice with my 12 year old daughter who had been suffering from a heavy cold and chesty cough for over 3 weeks. She was thoroughly examined and given a course of antibiotics and we left at about 3.30pm. We got home .and within a few minutes I received a telephone call from the G.P. we had just seen asking us if it was not too much trouble if we could return to the practice as she was concerned after thinking over her prognoses.
We did this straight away and were senn within 5 minutes of our return resulting in us being sent to the local A&E for further consultation with the Pediatrician.
After 3 hours of consultation including "X ray's" it was revealled that our Daughter had a slight shadow on one of her lungs and we were told to complete the course of antiiotic's that our G.P. had prescribed and return should there be any complications.
Can I take this opportunity to personally thank all of the staff at Denton Turret for your swift action care, professionalism and service and for the expertise and excellent commitment of our G.P."
