as I couldnât get an appointment with my usual doctor at all I booked one with an alternative doctor - this was done via the Patient Access App
unfortunately when I attended this afternoon I was made to feel very uncomfortable by being told that he usually only sees his own patients - implying that I should not have booked my consultation with him
I left feeling really unhappy and rather upset - I definitely wonât see this particular doctor again - maybe thatâs what he wanted"
